Before a check can be issued
A completed W-9 must be on file with Ridgeline Rodeo Co. before any earnings check can be picked up or mailed.
All checks are issued in the name of the competitor. The accompanying W-9 must be completed using the competitor's information — regardless of age or amount won.
How to submit your W-9
Pick whichever is easiest — all three get your W-9 to the Ridgeline Rodeo office:
Submit online (fastest)
Upload your completed W-9 through our secure form. It goes straight to the Ridgeline Rodeo office — this website never sees, collects, or stores your information.
At the show office
Fill out a W-9 in person at the show office and you’re all set.
Print & email
Prefer paper? Print the IRS form, fill it out, and email it to office@ridgelinerodeo.com.

🔒 Your W-9 contains sensitive tax information. The secure form delivers it directly to the Ridgeline Rodeo office; Iron Sharp Media (this website) does not receive, see, or store it.
Important check policy
- Earnings checks are void if not cashed within 60 days of the date issued.
- Lost, washed, misplaced, or expired checks will not be reissued.
