Equine Health Documentation: By submitting an entry, the exhibitor certifies that each horse entered has all documentation required by the state where the event is held, including a current negative Equine Infectious Anemia (EIA/Coggins) test and any other documentation required by applicable state regulations. The exhibitor is responsible for uploading a legible copy of each horse’s required documentation to the online entry system during the entry process. Documentation must be associated with the correct horse and remain valid through the duration of the event. Entries may be rejected, placed on hold, or deemed ineligible to compete until all required documentation has been received and verified. Ridgeline Rodeo Co. reserves the right to inspect original documentation at any time during the event. Any exhibitor found to have submitted false, altered, expired, or inaccurate documentation may be disqualified without refund and may be reported to the appropriate regulatory authorities.
